Korean Skin Return and Exchange Policy – Ensuring Your Satisfaction with Complete Transparency

Quality Guarantee and Manufacturing Defects:
All products at Korean Skin come with a guarantee against manufacturing defects, as we want you to have complete confidence in the items purchased from us.
Exchanges for Different or Defective Products:
If you receive a product different from the one ordered or with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
- Notify our team via email within 3 days of receipt, attaching clear photos of the defect or incorrect product.
- We will review your claim within up to 2 business days, and if confirmed, we will offer you the following options:
- Shipping of a new product identical to the one ordered.
- Shipping of a product of similar value.
- Issuance of a coupon for the value of the product for future purchases.
Incorrect Size:
Please review the provided measurements for each product before purchasing. According to the Consumer Protection Code of Spain, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
About Delivery and Responsibility for Products:
We are not responsible for the condition of the packaging during transit. Some of our products are shipped directly from partner factories in the European Union, the United States, and Asia, ensuring diversity and quality. In case of external damage, please contact the carrier immediately.
Consumer Legislation:
Our policy is aligned with Article 102 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16), ensuring the exchange of products with manufacturing defects.
Return and Refund:
According to Article 71 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16), the consumer has 14 days to return the product after notifying the resolution of the contract. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless:
- Unless the supplier agrees to cover these costs.
- Unless the consumer has not been previously informed that they would have to cover the return costs.
