Korean Skin Shipping Policy – Ensuring Safe and Transparent Deliveries Across Spain

Delivery Timeframes:
The delivery timeframe for mainland Spain ranges from 7 to 14 business days, and for the Islands (Canary and Balearic Islands), it ranges from 14 to 20 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking codes will be provided to you, our customer, 3 to 5 business days after the product has been shipped.
Loss and Delays:
In case of loss or if the delivery exceeds 30 days after payment confirmation, we will proceed to refund the full purchase amount. Although the delivery time is subject to the speed of the postal service, it typically ranges between 7 to 15 days on average. The final delivery timeframe is up to 30 days.
If the timeframe is exceeded, we recommend that you contact our support team to clarify the reasons for the delay.
Logistical Issues:
If you identify an issue with the delivery logistics, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase after completing the verification process.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for address errors made by the customer. If there are confirmed delivery attempts that are unsuccessful (up to a maximum of 3 attempts), the order will need to be collected at the nearest post office to your address. Please note that storage fees will apply if the order is not picked up within 7 consecutive days, with the fee determined by the weight/volume of the product.

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Asia, and Europe. We have authority in the industry and a specialized team focused on marketing products from solid partnerships with leading suppliers, offering innovative, exclusive products at excellent prices. In some cases, the delivery of an order may be made in one or more shipments, as products may be sent by different suppliers. In these cases, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
